Geoffrey G. Kurker, 49, of Atlanta, IN died on November 23, 2016 at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.

Geoff’s wife Denise, son Zachary and stepson Dylan Durnal survive along with his parents Joseph and Helen Kurker; sisters Lisa (William) Kurklis, and Michelle (Michael) Etzkorn; nephews Jerum and Seth Markley; niece Sienna (Brendon) Clawson; and great-nephews Cohen and Cooper Clawson.

A celebration of life service will be held December 3 at Crossroads Church of Wesfield, 19201 Grassy Branch Road, Westfield, IN 46074 at 4 pm.
